We take great care during the testing phase, conducting loading tests at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 110% for every unit we ship. Each genset undergoes a load test for at least 30 minutes to ensure that its power output is optimal and its performance is stable.
We then test the controller and protective functions of each genset to verify if they can effectively stop the genset during any abnormal situations. Finally, we inspect all the details of the genset, including whether the bolts and nuts are properly tightened, the quality of the painting finish, and the presence of all accessories.
